The short version: Image Overlay Tool processes your images entirely on your own device. We never see them, store them, or upload them anywhere.

How the tool works

When you upload a background photo and an overlay picture, everything — loading the images, computing the perspective warp, and rendering the final composite — happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your images are never transmitted to us or to any server. Nothing you upload is stored, logged, or retained after you close or refresh the page.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect:

• The images you upload or the results you create
• Names, email addresses, or other account information
• Payment information (the tool is free to use)

Cookies and advertising

This site is supported by advertising. We use, or plan to use, Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function and to host it:

• Netlify — hosts this website. Netlify may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal web server operation.
• OpenCV.js — a browser-side image processing library, loaded from a content delivery network when you start using the tool. Loading this file may expose your IP address to that CDN, the same as loading any resource from a website.
• Google AdSense — serves advertising as described above.

Children's privacy

This tool is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as advertising or hosting arrangements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
